Credence Innovations is growing our direct marketing and sales team in the Carmel area and we're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals who are ready to launch a career — not just take a job. As an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales team member, you'll be out in the community every day, running live face-to-face campaigns on behalf of our clients at pop-up events and retail activations across Carmel.

What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
- Represent Credence Innovations Group's clients at live marketing and sales events throughout the Carmel area
- Start genuine conversations with potential customers, clearly communicate client offerings, and guide them through the decision-making process
- Execute your role as part of a fast-moving, team-driven campaign environment — from setup to close to breakdown
- Hit daily and weekly individual performance targets and report results to your team lead
- Continue developing through daily coaching, team debriefs, and structured leadership training
- Work toward team lead and management opportunities through consistent performance

How Pay Works
This is a full-time W2 employee position
Base pay is $10/hour plus commission.

Estimated weekly earnings: $900–$1,500 depending on performance. Individual results determine earnings above base pay.

Work Location
In-person, field-based role in Carmel, IN. All work is done at pop-up events and retail activations in the local area. No remote work available.
