Lumivara Group Inc is hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees in Greensboro, NC. This role offers hands-on experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and leadership development while representing one of our regional utility service partners.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow a career in sales, customer service, or management. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
- Assist new and existing customers with account setup and general inquiries
- Learn and communicate updates on products and services offered by our utility service partner
- Educate customers on available service options and address questions professionally
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is helpful but not required
