This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and supporting the production of quality components in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.Location: Carrollton, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday; Day Shift Full time opportunity with benefits; Direct HireKey Responsibilities:Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production needsLoad and unload parts, materials, and components according to work instructionsMonitor machines during operation to ensure parts are running properly and meeting quality standardsRead and follow basic work instructions, production orders, and safety proceduresUse basic measuring tools to check parts for accuracy and qualityIdentify and report machine issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisorsAssist with basic machine set up, adjustments, and changeovers as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all company safety, quality, and production guidelinesQualifications:1–5 years of machine operation, production, or manufacturing experienceAbility to follow work instructions and learn new equipment/processesBasic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to use basic hand tools and measuring tools preferredReliable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a teamPrior CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
