Entry-Level Production Machine OperatorLooking to start a career in manufacturing? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Production Machine Operators. No prior machine operating experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you develop the skills needed for success. In this role, you'll work with a variety of production equipment and manufacturing processes while contributing to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery and equipment following training and established procedures.Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed.Support various manufacturing departments based on production needs.Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.Perform basic measurements and quality checks.Enter production and inventory data accurately into computer systems.Review work orders, production schedules, and part information.Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if required).Assist with machine changeovers, setup activities, and basic troubleshooting.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Meet established production, quality, and safety goals.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily production objectives.What We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving materials throughout the shift.Basic computer and data entry skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.Why Join Us?Paid, hands-on training provided.Opportunity to learn multiple production processes and machines.Career growth and advancement opportunities.Stable, long-term employment with a growing manufacturer.Team-oriented work environment focused on safety and success.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morton, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
