As a Laminated Parts Machine Operator, you will operate presses and ensure they run continuously throughout the shift.What You'll DoOperate and perform changeovers on machinery to produce laminated partsKeep machines running smoothly by coordinating with fabricators and supervisorsMonitor material levels and communicate needs to the appropriate team membersFollow production schedules and work orders with minimal supervisionConduct quality checks and assist in resolving product issuesMaintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and toolsTrack inventory and participate in cycle counts as neededRecommend and support process improvementsRotate between workstations based on production needsWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or GEDAbout UsAFC Materials Group, headquartered in Lake in the Hills, IL, is a global leader in high-temperature and non-stick composite solutions.
