Entry-Level Infectious Diseases Pharmacist, Antimicrobial Stewardship

Yale NewHaven Health is seeking an entry-level clinical pharmacist to join the Department of Pharmacy. The role supports CHAMP behaviors and patient safety while delivering high-quality medication management to patients and the health care team.

Responsibilities include timely review of medication orders, accurate preparation and distribution, adherence to policies and quality standards, and opportunities to educate staff and learners. CT pharmacist license or eligibility is required.
