You don't need to be an experienced recruiter — someone with strong people skills and experience in community outreach, customer-facing roles, events, sales, staffing, or local engagement could be a great fit.Position Overview We are seeking an In-Market Field Recruiter, Candidate Attraction to support local hiring efforts within an assigned market. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on community outreach, local candidate attraction, hiring events, and grassroots recruiting activities.You will work under the direction of a Market Response Specialist (MRS), who provides the strategy and weekly playbook.

Your role is to execute those activities in the local community and report back on results and market observations.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting people, visiting local businesses, and supporting recruiting efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute weekly candidate attraction activities according to the provided playbook.Visit community partners and local businesses to distribute and refresh hiring materials.Post flyers, posters, QR codes, and other recruiting materials in high-traffic locations.Support local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.Conduct grassroots outreach, including visiting local businesses and community locations.Engage with associates about employee referral opportunities.Maintain relationships with community partners through regular visits and material drop-offs.Observe local hiring conditions, including competitor activity, transportation challenges, and community feedback.Maintain accurate records of field activities, locations visited, materials distributed, and interactions.Provide weekly updates and reports to the Market Response Specialist.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Must live within a commutable distance of the assigned market.Reliable personal transportation for local travel.Comfortable working independently and following established processes and guidelines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable approaching and engaging with community members, local businesses, and employees.Ability to work a flexible 32-hour weekly schedule, including occasional weekends, early mornings, or evenings.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in recruiting, staffing, field outreach, canvassing, community engagement, or grassroots marketing.Familiarity with local businesses, organizations, and community resources.Experience supporting hiring events, job fairs, or community events.Workforce development or talent acquisition experience.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
