Seeking a detail-oriented individual, the full-time remote Entry Level Distribution Specialist will process retirement plan loan and distribution requests while providing support to participants and plan sponsors. Key responsibilities: Prepare distribution and loan packages, including vesting verifications for daily recordkept plans Identify loan defaults and required minimum distributions (RMDs) from reports and assist with inquiries Update management and plan sponsors on requests and serve as backup for participant services Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree Bilingual speaking is a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without supervision Superior organizational and coordination skills Commitment to professional development and adaptability in a dynamic environment
