Read below for more information!What you’ll do as the Die Cast Operator:Ensure a safe work environment for oneself and othersFollow all safety rules and regulationsEnsure that part quality is in accordance with the inspection reportMonitor the machine effectivelyAccurately complete reports and all necessary paperwork for the jobsResponsible for correct full box quantities and job countsUtilize the 5-S principles to maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work areaActively participate in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of our current processes and proceduresSupport and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvementCommunicate with the supervisor and co-workers in a professional mannerWhat you need to be a Die Cast Operator:High school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to use measuring instruments, such as gage pins, scales, etc.Ability to follow work instructionsMust be detail-oriented, with the ability to recognize defects and non-conformitiesRegular attendanceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodationsBoost your wallet with a new job working with a great team…apply now!
