Ideal Candidate

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Previous experience in customer support, service, or sales (helpful but not mandatory)


• The ability to stay organized and work independently while collaborating with a team


• Comfort using common online tools and computer systems


• Legal authorization to work in either the United States or Canada
