This is an exciting opportunity to start your career and to learn how the engineering and construction industry works through hands on experience in construction project management, inspection, and program management for industrial and public utility projects.This position reports directly to the Construction Management Group Leader, and is based in our St. Louis, Missouri office. In this role, your primary responsibility will be serving as a resident project engineer or inspector for our local Water clients.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Draft construction work ordersReview of construction plans for quantity takeoffsField investigation in support of construction project developmentConstruction plan developmentCoordinate with city agencies, contractors, and third parties in the preparation of construction assignmentsSupport the construction team to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved specifications and client quality standardsPrepare meeting agendas and meeting minutesPerform warranty inspections for completed projectsHere's what you'll needBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative, team oriented perspectiveAttention to detail and disciplined time management skillsThe ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and to react to change in a fast-pacedThis role requires frequent physical activity and the ability to travel to/from/between construction site locationsPosted salary range: minimum $58,656.00 to upper $85,000.00.Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
