About the Role
NoeCee Global is looking for a motivated and Customer Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.
As a Client Relations Associate, you’ll work directly with customers and clients while supporting promotional marketing campaigns and helping create a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate with our team to represent client brands, educate customers about products and services, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
- Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with promotional marketing campaigns and customer acquisition efforts
- Work closely with team members to meet client and customer needs
- Contribute to customer retention, brand awareness, and business growth
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Customer service, sales, marketing, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Pay Structure: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Weekly Bonuses & Incentives
