What You'll Do
Every day is different. As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services
* Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently
* Educate customers on their equipment and services
* Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards
* Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Accurately document completed work using mobile applications
* Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures
* Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Must be at least 23 years old
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
* Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet
* Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
* Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
