NoeCee Global is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, and leadership.
You’ll work directly with customers in partnered retail locations, represent client brands, and support promotional campaigns. No previous experience is required, we provide paid training!
What You’ll Do
- Talk with customers and build positive relationships.
- Represent and promote client products and services.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Educate customers about products and promotions.
- Help with customer acquisition and sales goals.
- Participate in team training and leadership development.
- Develop skills in sales, marketing, customer service, and business development.
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous sales, retail, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
