Entry Level Brand Marketing Associate

Next Gen Exposure is expanding in Kalamazoo, MI , and we're looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Brand Marketing Associates .

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing retail position focused on customer engagement, brand representation, product education, and creating a positive customer experience.

You don't need previous marketing experience to be considered. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching . We're especially interested in candidates who have developed strong communication, customer service, teamwork, or leadership skills through previous customer-facing positions.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands professionally within retail locations
• Engage directly with customers and create a welcoming experience
• Learn customer needs and explain relevant products, services, and promotional offers
• Support face-to-face brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Work alongside team members and leadership to support campaign objectives
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer service, product knowledge, and leadership development
