This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to gain hands-on experience with the AR process, exposure to a large, complex environment, and strong potential to convert to a permanent role.ResponsibilitiesAssist with accounts receivable reconciliation and cleanup across multiple systemsSupport aging analysis and identify discrepancies across customer accountsPerform data scrubbing and validation to ensure accuracy of financial recordsAssist with cash application and payment posting as neededCollaborate with team members to research and resolve outstanding/aged AR itemsSupport month-end close activities including reconciliations and reportingMaintain organized documentation and tracking of cleanup progressPerform other accounting support duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internship experience considered)Comfortable with frequent outreach to clients and troubleshooting client issues/requestsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsComfortable working with large volumes of data and ambiguityStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPrior exposure to AR, reconciliations, or ERP systems is a plusAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
