Entry-Level Accountant

Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their accounting team and gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation across general accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Assist with day-to-day general accounting activities and financial transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and account coding
• Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding items
• Assist with fixed asset tracking and other accounting schedules

Qualifications of the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Recent graduate or 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Eager to learn and develop within an accounting environment
