This role is perfect for candidates interested in early childhood education, child development, physical education, coaching, or youth programs .

Job Summary

As a Kids Gymnastics Instructor , you’ll lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years , using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum. You’ll help children build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement, play, and positive reinforcement.

No gymnastics experience required, but helpful— paid training provided .

Responsibilities

• Teach children’s gymnastics and movement classes using our structured curriculum
  
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for every child
  
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
  
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
  
• Treat each class and child like it’s their first day — every time
  
• Assist with events, birthday parties, and special programs as needed
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred (education, childcare, coaching, camps, daycare, preschool, etc.)
  
• Background in child development, education, physical education, dance, or gymnastics is a plus
  
• Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading groups of children
  
• Able to be active, lift equipment, and move throughout your shift
  
• Reliable, professional, and great with communication
