This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative aerospace solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic subassemblies according to engineering specifications and work instructions.Perform detailed inspections and testing of assembled components to ensure quality standards.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality protocols.Document assembly processes and test results accurately in company systems.Assist in the continuous improvement of assembly procedures and workflows.Essential SkillsProven experience in electronic assembly, preferably within aerospace or related industries.Strong understanding of electronic components, wiring, and soldering techniques.Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training.Proficiency in using wire strippers, crimping tools, and soldering irons.Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English.Ability to read and understand technical drawings (blueprints).Ability to perform repetitive assembly operations.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Proficiency in using basic file systems to navigate to and open drawings and manufacturing procedures.Why Work Here?We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development, making it an ideal place to advance your career in aerospace manufacturing.
