Entertainment Lighting Associate Rep

Supporting Rental Reps throughout the order life cycle, the full-time remote Entertainment Lighting Associate Rep will assist with bidding, order processing, and client communication while managing administrative duties and ensuring effective collaboration between Reps and Project Managers. Key responsibilities Assist in bidding and order processing by producing formal bid presentations and managing new order inquiries Provide order execution support by facilitating communication between Reps and Project Managers and attending client production meetings Perform administrative duties including monitoring rental contracts, reviewing billing reports, and supporting AR collections Required qualifications Strong knowledge of entertainment lighting equipment and various market segments Proficiency in Nexus, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in client relationship management and strategic business analysis High level of confidence and interpersonal skills in diverse environments Proactive organizational skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving
