Enterprise Technology Risk Management, Compliance and Regulatory Oversight, AVPSecurityQuincy, MABankingJO- Come join the Technology Risk Management at one of Boston's largest custody banks and contribute to the continued development of their risk excellence culture.Our client, a custody bank in Quincy, MA has a permanent opening for an AVP to join their team for Compliance and Regulatory Oversight. This team is the second line of defense for the Enterprise Risk Management Team and this person will be reviewing the implementation and on-going maintenance of Information Technology risk and compliance initiatives. The candidate will perform the following:Review documentation related to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of IT compliance and risk initiativesChallenge the design and execution of the FLoD IT compliance and risk initiatives, specifically via ongoing sampled reperformance of FLoD controls testingAdvise the FLoD in implementing key IT compliance policies, procedures, and practicesProvide subject matter expertise in the application of a robust control environmentAdvise on the development and execution of an IT control assurance framework within the FLoDPartner with the FLoD to drive issue resolution to mitigate technology risksObtain data and inputs for Risk and Compliance management reports for senior management and Risk CommitteesEstablish and facilitate working groups to address the resolution of key risk initiativesRequired Skills:BA/BS or equivalent experience requiredCISA and/or CRISC professional certifications preferred3-5+ years of IT related internal audit, compliance, or risk management experience requiredFamiliarity in Information Security Frameworks including the ISO 2700 family and NISTBusiness and Product experience preferredExceptional communication, analytical, and project managementProficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and working knowledge in SharePointAbility to multitask and navigate competing priorities
