Enterprise Systems Delivery Manager

To drive the execution of enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Systems Program Delivery Manager will independently manage and deliver projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Independently plan, manage, and deliver enterprise systems projects from initiation through close, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery Partner with various stakeholders to support the performance and continuous improvement of enterprise systems Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare project status reports for leadership visibility Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or IT delivery within an enterprise PMO environment Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications independently Working knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integrations, or healthcare operations systems is a plus Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid); PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred but not required
