GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and hiring Associates to form its foundation. As an Associate, you own a full module of an engagement: frame hypotheses, decide how to solve the problem, direct analysis, and carry it through to a defendable recommendation.
You also own day-to-day stakeholder relationships and build fluency in Medicare Advantage, commercial, pharmacy, or similar domains to be credible with experts.
