To enhance client relationships, the fully remote Enterprise Specialist will assist clients with immigration matters, manage case progress, and ensure effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Initiate cases on the Envoy Platform and coordinate with clients and their employees regarding ongoing cases Proactively monitor case progress against timelines and collaborate with HR and internal teams for documentation and approvals Field internal immigration questions and provide regular updates to ensure exceptional customer service Required qualifications Relevant work experience; a college degree is preferred 2-6 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role Experience in the immigration industry, preferably as a paralegal or in a related role At least 2 years managing a large caseload in employment immigration Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with PowerBI is a plus
