Enterprise Solution ArchitectThe Enterprise Solution Architect is a leader within our Architecture team structure and in collaboration with development teams and other technical lead resources creates POCs, defines and communicates best practices, approaches and direction for the technical aspects of our business applications and solutions. This role partners with Engineering Leadership and Product Leadership to assist in establishing a technical vision and works closely with delivery teams to ensure adherence to vision and guidelines during implementation. The Enterprise Solution Architect will be a bridge between Product and Engineering and navigate between high level concepts and implementation details.Responsibilities include performing Proof of Concepts with new technologies and frameworks, providing Solution Designs, High Level Work Estimates, breakdown of High-Level Tasks, defining Project and Technology standards, performing Design Reviews, Code Reviews and Signoff on Production Readiness, mentoring development staff on Engineering practices and occasionally participating in strategic Engineering Trailblazing Initiatives writing production quality code, working with Product Managers to craft technical vision and signoff on Requirements, Use Cases and Design Mocks, and mapping features being requested as part of Enhancements/New Initiatives into hierarchical business capabilities.Personal qualifications include strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including an ability to interact and communicate effectively at various levels of the organization, ability to serve as a facilitator in group discussions designed to resolve issues, elicit project requirements, or design solution approaches, ability to make decisions and garner organizational consensus to achieve desired outcomes, and strong customer service orientation.Professional qualifications include ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations, ability to analyze and translate business needs into solution architecture requirements, ability to estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives, and excellent analytical and technical skills.Technical qualifications include advanced experience in AWS,.NET, API design and deployment, Single Sign On products such as (Okta, OneLogin, Identity Server), Front End technologies such as (JQuery, Angular), Web Development and Server side frameworks, advanced experience in Relational Database Design, Analytics, Data Lakes, familiarity with Learning Management Systems, familiarity with Business Applications such as NetSuite and Hubspot, and advanced experience in UML, modeling tools, Design patterns and Architecture Reviews.
