We're seeking an Enterprise Workload Automation & Integration Engineer to help design, implement, and support enterprise automation, orchestration, and deployment solutions across a complex hybrid environment. This role combines workload automation, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and application integration expertise.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement enterprise workload automation and orchestration solutions.
- Build integrations between scheduling platforms (Control-M/Automic/UC4 preferred), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, source control, secrets management, and event-driven platforms.
- Develop automated deployment and environment promotion processes across Dev, QA, and Production.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting cloud and on-prem environments.
- Design, test, and support orchestration workflows, job scheduling, file transfers, and event-based automation.
- Develop integrations using APIs, microservices, and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for automation platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with enterprise workload automation tools (Control-M/Automic/UC4 preferred).
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure in hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript, and SQL databases.
- Experience with integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, and Gradle.
- Familiarity with CyberArk, ForgeRock, or other secrets management and identity platforms.
- Experience supporting Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
