About Provider Passport
Provider Passport is building a real-time digital healthcare identity and automation ecosystem — connecting providers, health systems, payers, and patients. Our platform transforms months-long credentialing and enrollment workflows into real-time automation, unlocking revenue and operational efficiency at scale.
We are scaling aggressively — targeting 10x growth — with a clear path to category leadership. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth healthcare SaaS company at an inflection point — and to build a book of enterprise health system business alongside a sales leadership team that will invest directly in your growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative — a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional with direct experience selling into large health systems, ideally with hands-on exposure to provider credentialing, enrollment, or related healthcare compliance software. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will own a defined book of enterprise health system opportunities, build and manage your own pipeline, and run full-cycle sales engagements that expand Provider Passport's footprint among large provider organizations.
This is an individual contributor role built for someone who wants to sell, not manage — but who is looking to do it alongside a sales leader who will coach, support, and help you close the deals that matter. You are motivated by hitting — and beating — your number.
Reporting Relationship
This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
● 4–8+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with direct experience selling SaaS into health systems, IDNs, hospitals, or large physician groups
● Experience with provider credentialing, enrollment, or identity/compliance software strongly preferred
● Track record of carrying and consistently attaining an individual sales quota
● Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes (compliance, credentialing, IT, finance, clinical operations)
● Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving processes and limited infrastructure
● Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support client meetings, health system site visits, and industry events — actual travel is expected to be lower, but this flexibility is required
Skillset
● Strong prospecting instincts — comfortable generating your own pipeline, not solely reliant on inbound leads
● Solution-selling approach — asks strong discovery questions and connects product value to real operational and financial pain
● Clear, confident communicator across all levels of a health system organization
● Organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene, follow-up, and forecasting
● Collaborative — works well with the Sr. VP of Sales, Marketing, and Product
Mindset
● Driven to hit and exceed your number — self-motivated and competitive
● Tenacious follow-up without being pushy
● Coachable — eager to learn from the Sr. VP of Sales and refine your approach
● Adaptable to a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
● Mission-driven — genuinely interested in the impact of healthcare technology
Healthcare Knowledge
● Working knowledge of health system operations, financial and clinical structure
● Familiarity with provider credentialing, enrollment, or healthcare compliance software is a strong plus
● Ability to speak credibly with credentialing, compliance, revenue cycle, and operations leaders
Key Responsibilities
1. PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT & PROSPECTING
● Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise health system opportunities
● Prospect proactively into target accounts — health systems, IDNs, and large physician groups — through outbound outreach, referrals, and your own professional network
● Qualify inbound leads assigned by the Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing, converting them into active opportunities
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline records in CRM
2. ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTION
● Run full-cycle enterprise sales engagements from discovery through close
● Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, including credentialing, compliance, IT, finance, and clinical operations leaders
● Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that speak directly to credentialing and enrollment pain points
● Partner with the Sr. VP of Sales on deal strategy, pricing, and contract structuring for larger or more complex opportunities
3. CLIENT COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
● Serve as a responsive, trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle and beyond
● Follow up with discipline and professionalism — no opportunity stalls due to inattention
● Represent Provider Passport at industry conferences and healthcare events as needed
4. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
● Work closely with the Sr. VP of Sales to align on target accounts, territory strategy, and forecasting
● Partner with Marketing on campaigns, target account lists, and messaging relevant to credentialing and enrollment buyers
● Share prospect and customer feedback with Product to help inform roadmap priorities
5. QUOTA OWNERSHIP & REPORTING
● Own individual revenue and quota targets, and consistently work toward exceeding them
● Provide accurate forecasting and regular pipeline/activity reporting to the Sr. VP of Sales
● Track and learn from win/loss outcomes to continuously sharpen your approach
6. HEALTHCARE & CREDENTIALING FLUENCY
● Bring credibility when speaking with healthcare operational, compliance, and credentialing leaders
● Understand the provider enrollment, credentialing, and identity management landscape
● Stay current on regulatory and industry trends relevant to health system buyers
