Leading the Enterprise Risk Management program, the full-time Enterprise Risk Manager will facilitate risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators, and prepare management-ready reports while working in a hybrid environment across the US. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise and functional risk assessments, applying ERM frameworks consistently across assigned areas Facilitate structured risk discussions with business leaders to identify and analyze strategic and operational risks Prepare concise risk summaries and dashboards for senior leadership, translating insights into actionable recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in enterprise risk management, business, finance, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related discipline, with Big 4 experience preferred Relevant professional certification (CRMA, COSO, CRISC, CPA, etc.) required or to be obtained within one year of hire Strong experience with risk assessments and management-level reporting in a large, global organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with risk platforms and Power BI preferred
