Enterprise Risk Management Leader

Driving the transformation of the Enterprise Risk Management function, the full-time remote Enterprise Risk Management Leader will enhance the ERM framework, collaborate with executive leadership, and foster a risk-aware culture across the organization. Key responsibilities: Lead the enhancement of the enterprise-wide ERM framework, aligning it with industry standards and best practices Integrate ERM with corporate strategy to ensure risk considerations are central to business decisions Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes, providing actionable insights to leadership Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in enterprise risk management or related fields At least 8 years in a leadership role with accountability for enterprise-wide programs Expertise in designing and implementing ERM programs aligned with COSO ERM and ISO 31000 Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in a global, matrixed organization
