Enterprise Risk Director

Leading the development and maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, the full-time Director of Enterprise Risk will collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and report material risks while ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to enhance the enterprise risk management program Coordinate enterprise risk assessments and maintain an overview of material, emerging, and interconnected risks Prepare risk reporting for executive management and governance committees Required qualifications Proven experience in enterprise risk management or a related field Strong understanding of risk governance and regulatory requirements Ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams Relevant degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline
