Providing comprehensive support for the organization's compliance and risk management initiatives, the full-time salaried Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager will oversee policy management, regulatory tracking, and case preparation while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Manage the execution of the enterprise compliance program and ensure alignment with organizational priorities Oversee policy management, regulatory deadline tracking, and preparation for fraud and whistleblower cases Act as a liaison for internal legal and compliance inquiries, collaborating with various departments and external advisors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4-6 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations Strong foundational knowledge of investigations, compliance, and administrative procedures Experience with case management, due diligence, and communication Compliance and/or Risk Management Certification (e.g., CCEP, CFE, CRM, RIMS-CRMP) preferred
