We’re looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant with ERP expertise to collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders, optimizing their operations through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, business processes, and/or ERP best practices, without the need to engage in coding or technical customizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to identify their challenges and goals.
- Advise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance financial processes.
- Analyze business operations to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Provide tailored recommendations for system configurations and workflows.
- Guide clients through seamless ERP implementations and data migrations.
- Offer insights into Business Central modules and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Conduct training sessions to empower client teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, financial systems consulting, or ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- ERP system certification.
- Experience with financial system change management.
