Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join their team. This position is Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Lead software upgrades and system implementations, legacy system replacements, and new application development across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage discovery, intake, and RFP initiatives.
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Plan resources and forecast delivery.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders from idea inception through execution and completion.
- Develop project charters and business cases to secure project funding.
- Support project intake by defining scope, requirements, and business cases.
- Track and report on project health, timelines, and risks.
- Present updates to leadership and governance committees, including executive-level reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
- Familiarity with SDLC concepts and project delivery frameworks.
- PMP certification (highly preferred).
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects across IT and business teams.
- Strong track record delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Comfortable working in high‑visibility environments with executive stakeholders.
- Experience navigating structured governance and regulated environments.
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable and collaborative with a flexible approach to problem‑solving.

Compensation
Approximate pay range: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and location.
