Serving as a senior operational partner to the Enterprise Account Executive, the full-time remote Enterprise Production Manager will manage the production pipeline from submission to closing, ensuring efficient loan processing and a high standard of client service. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the enterprise production pipeline, maintaining visibility and ensuring timely progression of files Act as the primary operational contact for the Enterprise team, resolving issues and communicating effectively with clients and partners Monitor pipeline performance and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience Required Qualifications Proven experience in mortgage sales production, operations, or a related mortgage lending function Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle from lock through closing Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven production pipeline Experience mentoring or coaching peers and team members Strong judgment and decision-making skills in operational matters
