Enterprise Product Director — AI & Cloud Roadmap

Weaviate is seeking a Director of Product to own strategy and decisions across the Weaviate Database, Weaviate Cloud, and agent products. You’ll spend significant time with enterprise customers to understand requirements and translate those insights into a roadmap for engineering, while collaborating closely with the CTO on vision and with tech leads on feasibility.

This is a player-coach role, managing a small PM team over time while continuing to own key areas.
