About the Role

We’re seeking an Enterprise Pre-Sales Consultant with strong telecom and digital

communications domain knowledge to support enterprise sales engagements across

CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Network API / Network-as-a-

Service offerings.

You will bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering, translating enterprise

requirements into technically sound and commercially viable solutions while

owning the presales lifecycle from customer discovery and solution design to

RFP support and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end enterprise presales engagements

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, requirement workshops, demos, and solution

walkthroughs

• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer requirements and

product capabilities

• Position SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, OTP, APIs, and other CPaaS capabilities

for enterprise use cases

• Articulate the value of Network APIs including identity, location, QoS, authentication,

and charging

• Support technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and enterprise proposals

• Prepare BoQs, solution costing, pricing inputs, and technical commercials

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams

throughout the deal lifecycle

• Provide customer and market feedback to support product enhancements and

roadmap decisions

What We’re Looking For

✔ 8–14 years of overall professional experience

✔ 4–8 years of relevant Enterprise Presales / Solution Consulting experience

✔ Strong expertise in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, and CPaaS — mandatory

✔ Strong understanding of Messaging, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, OTP, APIs,

and enterprise communication workflows

✔ Experience managing the presales lifecycle from discovery → solution design →

RFP/RFI → deal support

✔ Hands-on experience with BoQ preparation, solution costing, and proposal support

✔ Working knowledge of telecom networks, cloud deployments, APIs, and enterprise

integration models

✔ Network API / NaaS experience is highly desirable

✔ Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder

management skills

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

✔ Candidates must be based in the U.S. and not require work visa sponsorship for this

role
