We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, highly analytical individual to join our enterprise planning team who is an engaging communicator and presenter, providing leadership and coordination of these programs.
Under the general direction of the unit supervisor, the incumbent will work independently and with other internal team members as a consultant and subject matter experts to lead and manage the Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Plan, Business Planning, and Enterprise Project Portfolio programs. The incumbent will also support the manager of the Performance Management program and related key performance indicator processes, tools, and reports. The incumbent will develop expert knowledge of the department's plans, and strategies to fulfill the responsibilities and deliverables related to enterprise planning and strategic programs. The incumbent will collaborate and supporting senior management and executives, including the Governance Council (GC). Additionally, the incumbent will be a supportive team member, placing high value on the team's success, be self-motivated to quickly learn existing workloads and to contribute to our continual effort to mature and market our services to the enterprise, and be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
