Leading technology and cybersecurity risk management efforts, the full-time Enterprise Manager, Cybersecurity Risk will conduct risk assessments, manage risk registers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working a hybrid schedule in Richmond, Virginia. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide technology risk assessments and manage the technology risk register Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and evaluate cybersecurity controls across various domains Develop and deliver concise risk reporting for leadership, translating complex risks into business-relevant narratives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Risk Management, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Risk, IT Audit, or Risk Management Strong experience in conducting technology risk assessments and familiarity with IT control frameworks Deep understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and cybersecurity principles Ability to communicate technical risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders
