Senior Lead Business Execution ConsultantWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Enterprise License and Registration team. This exciting opportunity will support the operations of ensuring Wells Fargo meets Loan Originator Qualification and SAFE certification requirements. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in leading an operations team that is aligned toward a common objective of delivering a sustainable model that streamlines operations while enhancing employee experience with a sound risk and control environment.In this role, you will:Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior managementLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutionsProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizationalLead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of initiatives focusing on the Enterprise License and Registration teamDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced staff within the groupRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Background supporting Shared Services OperationsExperience in product or process management in a highly regulated environmentKnowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Remediation processesEnsure policies and controls are incorporated in business-as-usual processesPrevious experience supporting the Loan Originator Qualification (LOQ) and Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) ApplicationsPrevious executive reporting experience including the creation of PowerPoint decks and metricsProvide suggestions for operational process improvements and improvements to the escalation tracking system and processDevelop and monitor reporting as neededAgile experienceTesting and test script writing backgroundStrong understanding of product management and product ownershipExperience with mid to large-scale process definition and documentationAbility to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leadersExperience using Veritas, JIRA and Excel preferredKnowledge and experience of performance management functions and programs to help drive satisfaction and high performanceAbility to lead during times of ambiguity and changeExcellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with business partners, peers and senior managementDedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven and performance-oriented; possess a strong work ethicJob Expectations:Ability to work hybrid in office scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on job openingThis position is not eligible for VISA sponsorshipWork Location:655 S 50th StreetWest Des Moines, Iowa 50265Posting End Date: 3 Jul 2025We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
