To ensure successful and rapid product launches for enterprise customers, the full-time Enterprise Implementation Consultant will lead API onboarding, manage post-sale relationships, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live Serve as the primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realize measurable value from the platform Required qualifications Management consulting experience in insurance, automotive, or real estate Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs Strong technical acumen with troubleshooting capabilities related to APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols
