Enterprise Hardware Processing TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on Enterprise Hardware Processing Technician to support IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) operations. This role involves de-racking enterprise servers, wiping hard drives using industry-standard data erasure software, and sorting memory and other valuable components from enterprise IT equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely de-rack servers and other enterprise hardware in compliance with EHS protocols.Use software tools to securely wipe data from hard drives in accordance with company and regulatory standards.Identify, sort, and categorize memory and other reusable components for inventory and resale.Inspect equipment for physical damage and report discrepancies or missing components.Maintain accurate records of equipment processed and data erasure logs.Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.Ensure all workspaces are kept clean and organized according to safety guidelines.Required QualificationsBasic understanding of enterprise IT hardware (servers, drives, memory modules, etc.).Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment safely.Attention to detail and organizational skills.A team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.Basic computer literacy and ability to follow structured workflows.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with data erasure software and ITAD processes is a plus.What We OfferTraining on enterprise IT equipment and industry-standard wiping software.A supportive, team-driven work environment.Opportunities for advancement within a growing company.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
