Partnering with a Director of FP&A, the full-time salaried Enterprise FP&A Lead will manage ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on key financial metrics while providing strategic finance support across the organization in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Support the build and maintenance of ARR forecasting models, incorporating capacity, attainment, pipeline data, and renewal data Generate monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports covering unit economics, NRR, renewal rates, and attainment against targets Conduct variance analysis on actual versus forecast results and present findings with recommendations to leadership Required qualifications 5+ years of top-line experience in SaaS Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills Deep understanding of SaaS metrics Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday
