Focusing on enterprise data governance and architecture, the remote Enterprise Data Analyst will enhance data quality, support business initiatives, and create technical documentation while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities Identifies and implements enhancements for enterprise data quality and management, including building dashboards for analytics Enforces data policies and procedures, ensuring data quality and completeness through month-end validations Facilitates initiatives to develop data management capabilities and maintains documentation for the Enterprise Data Warehouse Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and technologies impacting the financial services industry Experience in Banking, Regulatory environments, and Data Warehouse/Data Lakes Proven track record in leading agile data product delivery using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and experience creating dashboards with Tableau or Power BI
