A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Position SummaryThe Enterprise Architecture Governance team is seeking a ServiceNow engineer to support the design, implementation, automation, and continuous improvement of governance processes, workflows, and reporting across the firm's Enterprise Architecture ecosystem.This role is ideal for a hands-on ServiceNow developer with strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise architecture, application portfolio management (APM), or technology governance. The engineer will maintain and enhance ServiceNow-based solutions, improve data quality, and automate governance activities while partnering with stakeholders across architecture, risk, operations, and product teams.Additionally, the role will contribute to AI-driven process improvements by leveraging ServiceNow AI and Microsoft Copilot to enhance efficiency, generate insights, and enable a more data-driven, scalable governance model aligned with regulatory and risk requirements.Key Responsibilities1.
