Enterprise ArchitectThe Enterprise Architect drives alignment between NCIS IT capabilities and DoD/DoN Enterprise Architecture (EA) standards. The Enterprise Architect ensures technology modernization, application rationalization, and cloud-readiness initiatives are coordinated across NCIS's IT portfolio.Required QualificationsExperienceMinimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, systems design, or IT strategic planning. 3+ years supporting federal or DoD enterprise architecture initiatives.In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application rationalization, data integration, and system interoperability.Familiar with DoD EA policies, DODAF Department of Defense Architecture Framework views, and system modernization strategies.Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.CertificationsCertifications such as TOGAF, DODAF Department of Defense Architecture Framework, or FEAF Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework training strongly preferred.ITIL Foundation or PMP is a plus.EducationBachelor's degree in Information Systems, engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
