About The Role

Enterprise Architect is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system. This role supports enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Responsibilities

  • Guide strategic enterprise architecture direction across product, platform, and operating-model layers.
  • Shape large-scale transformation with clear system boundaries, continuity models, and governance alignment.
  • Work with leadership teams on long-range modernization and structural maturity initiatives.
  • Support architecture decisions that improve durability, resilience, and operational confidence.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide technology thinking beyond isolated delivery concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, strategic transformation, or executive technology leadership.
  • Strong experience with architecture governance, business-technology alignment, and system modernization.
  • Ability to operate at leadership level across engineering, product, and enterprise operations.
  • Experience shaping complex enterprise environments with long-horizon direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with regulated environments, governance, or AI-related policy alignment.
  • Exposure to global delivery structures and multi-entity operating environments.
  • Background in enterprise modernization or operating model redesign.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related discipline.

Certifications

  • Enterprise Architecture certification preferred
  • TOGAF or equivalent preferred
  • Governance / compliance certification is a plus
