As a remote full-time Principal Partner Enterprise Architect, the candidate will serve as the technical authority for Workday's AI platform and integration architecture, ensuring partners' technical teams are equipped to design and implement solutions confidently. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical authority for Workday's AI platform and integration architecture within the partner's pod Design reference architectures and deliver technical sessions to enhance partner teams' understanding and fluency with Workday's offerings Equip partners with competitive positioning insights and serve as a trusted advisor for complex architectural issues Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in enterprise software solution consulting, architecture, or hands-on support of enterprise software applications 5+ years of knowledge in cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards Experience working with Global System Integrators or strategic technology partners Demonstrated expertise in platform architecture, AI/ML integration, or enterprise technology strategy Strong command of Workday's technical architecture and AI platform or equivalent experience with a proven ability to ramp quickly on new platforms
