Qualifications
Minimum
- Proven track record of 10+ years in web and distributed application implementation; At least 5 years in application/solution architectureexperience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred.
- Mastery of the competencies associated with clear and effective communication, problem solving, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), its principles, and patterns at enterprise level.
- SharePoint, SOAP and RESTful Web Services, .NET, SQL Server, SSRS
- Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Experience in data modeling techniques with knowledge of performance optimization strategies.
- Expertise in design/implementation of enterprise workflow systems, distributed and intranet/internet architecture.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of multi-tier and cross-platform architectures.
- Experience with architecting enterprise solutions based on web services.
- Expertise in design/implementation of enterprise workflow systems, distributed and intranet/internet architecture.
- Experience in developing of IT architecture plans and software development methodologies.
- Adept negotiation skills in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with Microsoft and/or SAP frameworks, with extensive knowledge of technical design patterns and anti-patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives.
- Desire to take the initiative, moving projects/ideas forward with clarity.
- Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams towards common solutions.
Preferred
- ERP functional or technical interface experience (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, etc.).
- Messaging architectures (EAI) Excel Services, BizTalk, SAP XI
- Data Warehousing, BI, and Master Data Management.
- Electronic commerce, EDI, B2B architectures.
- 4+1 and SDLC.
Travel
Minimal travel (<10%) is required.
