- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare payer and/or provider organizations required
- Deep expertise with AWS cloud services, Snowflake, Salesforce platforms, enterprise integrations, and software-as-a-service architectures required
- Strong understanding of healthcare business domains, including claims, care management, clinical operations, provider management, member engagement, and population health required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and X12/EDI required
- Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, or value-based care programs preferred
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning-enabled healthcare platforms and data products preferred
- Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, or API gateway platforms preferred
