- Experience implementing enterprise, domain, or solution architecture in government or similar environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business priorities into practical architecture recommendations and influence decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities and establishing effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
